1. Nature of Website Estimations
Information, guide prices, and preliminary estimates provided via this website or through initial telephone/WhatsApp discussions are indicative and based upon preliminary details submitted by the client. Final binding proposals are issued only following formal contract review, detailed shop drawing signoff, and physical laser site measurement by our technical survey engineers.
2. Intellectual Property & Drawings
All technical content, guides, profile illustrations, and website code published on this domain are the proprietary property of Master Builders Qatar. Clients submitting drawings retain their respective intellectual property rights over their architectural designs.
3. Applicable Standards & Jurisdiction
All contracts and fabrication agreements entered into with Master Builders Qatar are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Fabricated components are engineered in compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and relevant international standards (BS, EN, ASTM) as specified in formal submittals.
4. Modifications & Inquiries
